Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic

Academic Counsellor

to join Chakra Academy's online NEET coaching team. This role blends

tele-calling, lead conversion, and career counselling

to guide students and parents toward successful enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.

Provide career guidance and highlight the USPs of Chakra Academy.

Maintain records in CRM software and prepare reports.

Support student onboarding and ensure a smooth enrolment experience.

Brand Advocacy

Pitch the USPs of Chakra Academy effectively (academic rigor, personalized mentoring, digital learning tools, success track record).

Represent the academy's values of excellence, emotional intelligence, and student-centric support.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in

English (

spoken and written)

and Tamil

(Spoken)

Proficiency in

MS Office

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.

Inclination towards

career counselling and student guidance

.

Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.

Graduate degree preferred; prior experience in counselling, tele-calling, or sales is an advantage.
