Shift Timings:

9:30 PM - 6:30 AM (US Shift)

Experience:

1-2 Years (Doctorate/DBA/PhD program sales preferred)

About the Role:

At Nextskilledge, we're looking for a high-performing Senior Academic Counsellor to connect with working professionals and senior learners exploring Doctorate-level programs. If you excel at consultative sales, career guidance, and building lasting client relationships, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Counsel mid-to-senior-level professionals for Doctorate/PhD/DBA programs (inbound & outbound).

Conduct personalized career consultations aligned with each learner's journey.

Convert leads into enrolments through structured follow-ups & expert guidance.

Build rapport by understanding aspirations and aligning them with the right programs.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and achieve monthly enrolment & revenue targets.

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years' experience in academic counselling (Doctorate/PG program sales preferred).

Strong understanding of international education processes & online program delivery.

Proven experience with US-based clients or global higher education markets.

Excellent communication, presentation & consultative sales skills.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
