Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents on academic programs, degree courses, and career pathways
Convert leads into enrollments for
high-value / high-ticket programs
Build trust-based relationships with students through effective communication
Handle end-to-end admission counseling from inquiry to enrollment
Achieve assigned enrollment and revenue targets
Conduct follow-ups and maintain accurate student data in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams to improve conversion and student experience
Stay updated with program offerings, eligibility criteria, and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in
academic counseling or education sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in selling
degree programs, certification courses, or long-term academic programs
Ability to handle objections and close enrollments confidently
Student-centric mindset with a consultative approach
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Preferred Experience
Experience working in
EdTech, universities, training institutes, or coaching centers
