trained as Academic Counsellors

Impulse Junior Colleges

.

This is

not a sales calling job

as general telecallers do.
The role involves

guiding parents of 10th-grade students

by clearly explaining:

Intermediate education structure (+1 & +2) Preparation paths for

IIT-JEE / NEET

How to evaluate and choose the

right college

What makes

Impulse Junior College

different from others Where parent often fail choosing the right college IIT-JEE and NEET examination details Why students has to attempt for these examinations etc.
The focus is on

patience. clarity, guidance, and trust

, not pressure selling.

Key Responsibilities

Speak with parents of Class 10 students over phone Understand parents' academic expectations and concerns Clearly explain Intermediate education options and coaching pathways Guide parents on choosing the right junior college Explain Impulse Junior College's academic approach and support system Maintain call records and follow-ups professionally Making sure the parent' are clear about their kid' next educational journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years experience

as a Tele-Caller / Counsellor (education sector preferred)

Excellent communication skills

in

Telugu, English. Hindi is an addon.

Strong vocabulary and ability to explain academic concepts simply Patient, empathetic, and confident while speaking to parents Professional phone etiquette Willingness to learn academic concepts (training will be provided)

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in

educational counselling, schools, colleges, or coaching institutes

Comfortable speaking to parents from diverse backgrounds Serious about long-term growth in the education field
