Counsel prospective students about courses, eligibility, fees, internships, and career opportunities.
Convert walk-ins, leads, inquiries, and phone calls into admissions.
Conduct campus tours, explain facilities, and build trust with parents & students.
Maintain high conversion rates through strong communication and follow-up.
Sales & Lead Management
Handle daily admission targets and follow structured sales processes.
Manage CRM entries, follow-up calls, WhatsApp communication, and lead nurturing.
Participate in outreach activities, seminars, school visits, and events to generate admissions.
Academic Coordination
Assist students with class schedules, attendance tracking, exam coordination, and faculty communication.
Help resolve student issues, grievances, or queries effectively and politely.
Support academic operations, events, workshops, and internal activities.
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain records, files, and student documentation.
Handle fee collection, receipts, and payment follow-ups as needed.
Coordinate with departments (accounts, admin, faculty, management) to ensure smooth functioning.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, admissions, and academic updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in
counselling, sales, or academic administration
(education industry preferred).
Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred).
Confident personality with good persuasion and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools.
Ability to work under targets and manage multiple tasks.
