Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA)*
Experience: 2+ years
Key Focus: Independent lead hunting + closing small-to-medium deals, team support
Responsibilities (applicable to Sr. BDA):
Independently generate leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Qualify leads, pitch VERT Academy products, and close deals (mostly small institutes / coaching centers / individual partnerships).
Build & maintain your own pipeline in CRM.
Prepare customized proposals & presentations with minimal supervision.
Negotiate pricing & contract terms for deals up to a certain value.
Handle company-provided leads + self-generated leads.
Regularly achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly individual targets.
Create video content for social media & occasionally train juniors on outreach.
Attend local education events & represent the brand.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in EdTech/education sales or B2B sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation & presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM & MS Office/Google Sheets.
