We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Academic Counselor (Sales Executive) to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective learners, explain course offerings, and convert leads into successful enrollments. This role is critical in guiding students toward the right learning path.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and counsel students and working professionals about training programs.
Explain course details clearly and persuasively.
Convert inbound and outbound leads into admissions.
Maintain follow-up with interested leads through phone and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status in the CRM.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversion.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in tele sales or academic counselling preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
Confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive over the phone.
Organized and able to manage time and follow-ups efficiently.
Graduation in any stream; freshers with strong communication are also welcome.
Prior experience in edtech or training institutions is a plus.
