Attend to telephonic prospects and record details accurately in the enquiry register.
Counsel walk-in candidates and ensure conversions according to the targeted enrollments.
Provide complete and clear information regarding the various courses offered.
Convert walk-in enquiries into confirmed registrations.
Coordinate with students and parents for batch start dates and other key updates.
Maintain regular interaction with students and parents to ensure satisfaction and smooth communication.
Clarify doubts and address concerns of students and parents.
Monitor class schedules and ensure smooth functioning of daily classes.
Focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and achieving productive outcomes.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Good attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
