Experience: 1-3 years in Academic Counselling /Tele Sales or Inside Sales
Qualification: Any Graduate
Gender: Male/Female Both can apply Fluency in English and Kannada is a must
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct detailed counselling sessions with prospective students and parents.
2. Understand student needs and provide expert guidance on course selection, career
opportunities, and study plans.
3. Maintain in-depth knowledge of all academic programs, eligibility criteria, and admission
processes.
4. Guide students through the admission process, application forms, documentation, and
deadlines.
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
6. Mentor and train junior academic counsellors.
7. Maintain updated records of student interactions in the CRM system.
8. Assist in organizing webinars, seminars, or open houses for prospective students.
9. Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to provide feedback and insights from
student interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Counselling or Inside Sales. Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory. Strong communication and persuasive skills.
