Responsibilities

Advise students on academic programs, course selection, and graduation requirements Assist students in setting academic and career goals Monitor student performance and provide intervention strategies when needed Conduct individual and group counseling sessions Maintain accurate student records and documentation Collaborate with faculty, parents, and administrative staff to support student success Provide information on college admissions, scholarships, and career pathways Organize academic workshops, orientations, and counseling programs Ensure compliance with institutional policies and academic standards
