Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Senior Academic Counsellor

to join our team at Swastika Institute of Higher Education and Technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, understanding their educational goals, and helping them select suitable academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle student inquiries and provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, and admission procedures. Guide students in selecting appropriate programs based on their interests and career aspirations. Follow up with leads via calls, messages, and emails to achieve monthly admission targets. Maintain records of student interactions and admissions in the system. Coordinate with the admission team and management to ensure smooth counselling operations. Participate in student engagement and promotional activities when required. Achieve individual and team-based targets effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in counselling, sales, or academic advising. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented, confident, and persuasive personality. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
