Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls from prospective students and parents
Counsel students on available courses, eligibility, fees, and career prospects
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
Address student and parent queries professionally and empathetically
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for lead updates
Ensure a positive experience for all prospective students
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline
Proven experience in telecalling, academic counseling, or sales (preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections and close enrollments
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools

Experience in the education or EdTech industry
