Role Overview



We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Inside Sales / Business Development Executive

who will play an integral role in counselling and guiding working professionals seeking admission to online management programs. If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a drive to excel, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct professional counselling sessions with prospective students and guide them through the admission process. Assess and verify candidate eligibility for respective programs. Coordinate with internal departments such as

Accounts

and

Student Support

to ensure smooth documentation and payment processing. Respond to and resolve student queries efficiently. Maintain reporting accuracy, including fortnightly submission of admission cancellation documents to DPU and other stakeholders. Maintain timely and structured follow-ups with leads to maximize conversions.

Required Skills & Competencies



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Languages:

English, Hindi, Marathi

(mandatory) Strong sales orientation and goal-driven approach. Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively. Customer-centric attitude with high emotional intelligence.

Qualifications & Experience



6 months - 1 year of experience

in sales or counselling (Ed-Tech / education sector preferred).

Compensation



Salary:

?3.6 L - ?4.8 L per annum

Incentives:

Attractive, performance-based incentives (no upper limit)

Work Schedule



Days:

Monday to Saturday

Timings:

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Weekly Off:

Sunday
