Call and counsel potential students from the leads provided through various sources (online/offline).
Generate interest and qualify leads through effective communication.
Lead Generation & Walk-in Management:
Identify and generate new leads through referrals, local marketing, and student outreach activities.
Plan and execute initiatives to increase walk-ins at the institute.
Student Counselling:
Provide detailed information about the institute's courses, career paths, and training outcomes.
Assess students' academic background, interests, and goals to suggest the most suitable course.
Ensure every student receives personalized and professional guidance.
Follow-up & Admission Conversion:
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects through calls, emails, or messages until closure.
Convert prospective enquiries into confirmed admissions through consistent engagement.
Achieve individual and team admission targets.
Documentation & Reporting:
Complete all admission formalities and maintain proper documentation of enrolled students.
Update and maintain student records in the system accurately.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Education, Marketing, or related field).
Minimum 1
year
of experience in academic counselling, student admissions, or educational sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office..
Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of qualified leads generated.
Walk-ins and counselling sessions conducted.
Conversion rate (enquiry to admission).
Timely completion of student documentation.
