who will be responsible for driving admissions for online undergraduate and postgraduate programs through cold calling and consultative selling. The role requires strong communication skills, a result-oriented approach, and the ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume cold calling to potential students/leads
Understand student needs and recommend appropriate UG/PG programs
Convince and convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment
Follow up diligently on leads and maintain strong communication
Maintain data and update CRM systems regularly
Prepare reports on calls, conversions, and pipeline progress
Work closely with the marketing and product teams for campaign feedback
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA or education-related background preferred
Freshers or experience in academic counselling, inside sales, or telesales
Must have experience in cold calling and high call volumes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office
