Job Description

The Academic Counsellor will be primarily responsible for driving student admissions, achieving monthly enrollment targets, and guiding prospective students about competitive exam courses. The candidate must have prior experience in ed tech field(Preferably PSC/SSC/UPSC/Banking/Railways or similar) and should possess strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Candidates who are fluent in Malayalam only can apply.

This role requires a combination of sales ability, academic understanding, and student mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

1. Admissions & Target Achievement

Convert inquiries into admissions through structured counselling. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets consistently. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Track admission performance and submit regular reports to management.
2. Student Counselling

Understand students' educational background, goals, and exam aspirations. Recommend suitable courses based on student needs. Explain course structure, faculty, study material, test series, and success rates clearly. Address student doubts professionally and confidently. Provide career guidance related to competitive exams.
