We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Telecaller cum Academic Counsellor

to join our educational consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, providing academic guidance, and converting leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to students and parents Counsel students on courses, colleges, admissions, and career options Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs Follow up with leads and maintain a proper call and student database Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication Coordinate with internal teams for application and admission processes Maintain a professional and friendly approach at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a telecaller or academic counsellor (education sector preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong convincing and counseling abilities Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email) Ability to work independently and achieve targets Fluent in [languages required - e.g. Malayalam, English]
