Key Responsibilities:
To provide personalized course counselling, understand students' academic background, career goals, and interests.
Convert student inquiries into enrolments by effectively presenting suitable programs and benefits.
Guide potential students through the admission process.
Supervise and mentor a team of Academic Counsellors to meet monthly and annual admission targets.
Ensure counselling quality and compliance.
Follow up with leads.
