We are looking for a confident and student-friendly
Education Counselor
to guide aspiring designers in choosing the right courses and starting their creative careers.
In this role, you will handle student enquiries, explain course structures, support admissions, and act as a bridge between students and the academy.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with students, understands education counseling, and can communicate clearly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about graphic design courses and career paths
Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries
Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, and learning outcomes
Support student admissions and documentation process
Follow up with leads and maintain enquiry records
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for admissions support
Build trust and maintain long-term student relationships
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience as an Education Counselor / Academic Counselor (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand student goals and guide them effectively
Basic knowledge of admissions process and enquiry handling
Professional attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills
