Key Responsibilities
Advise students on
degree credit transfer options
to different universities
Evaluate academic transcripts and determine
credit transfer eligibility
Guide students on university selection, admission requirements, and program alignment
Coordinate with partner universities to confirm credit transfer policies and articulation agreements
Assist students with application processes, documentation, and deadlines
Maintain accurate student records and transfer evaluations
Provide one-on-one counseling sessions and group information sessions
Stay updated on university transfer regulations, accreditation standards, and academic policies
Support students throughout the transition process until enrollment is completed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Academic Administration, or related field
Experience in
academic counseling, admissions, or credit transfer advising
Knowledge of university transfer systems and articulation agreements
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and student-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
