Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions (in-person/online) to understand students' academic background and interests
Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and social media
Provide detailed information on admission processes, eligibility, fees, and documentation
Maintain and update student records, counselling logs, and follow-up trackers
Convert counselling leads into admissions by effective guidance and relationship-building
Conduct seminars, webinars, and presentations for student groups
Assist in completing application forms, document verification, and admission formalities
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and academic institutions
Stay updated on educational trends, new courses, universities, and industry requirements
Collaborate with marketing teams to create counselling-related content and campaigns
Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to overall business growth
Handle student grievances and provide timely resolution
Participate in education fairs, events, and outreach programs
