Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about courses, universities, and career opportunities.
Understand academic requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Manage inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update data in CRM.
Coordinate with internal departments for seamless admission process.
Support and mentor junior counselors when required.
Requirements
1-3 years
of experience in Academic Counseling / Admissions / Education Sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Result-oriented with good convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience preferred.
