About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Academic Counsellor to guide, mentor, and support students enrolled in our Digital Marketing programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, in-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts, and the ability to provide academic and career-related guidance to students.
Key Responsibilities
*Student Counselling & Support.
*Serve as the primary point of contact for students pursuing Digital Marketing courses.
*Provide academic counseling, guide students with course selections, and support them throughout their learning journey.
*Address student queries, concerns, and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
*Mentor students on career pathways, certifications, and skill development in digital marketing.
*Oversee student onboarding, orientation sessions, assessments, and progress tracking.
*Ensure smooth coordination between students, faculty, and academic operations teams.
*Maintain strong relationships with students to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications
*Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing fundamentals and industry trends.
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to manage multiple student cases and maintain confidentiality.
*Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
*Experience in an educational institution is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
