Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding course options, academic pathways, and career opportunities
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp & email
Explain course structure, fees, placement details, and training methodologies
Convert leads to enrollments and achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
Conduct online and offline counseling sessions, webinars, and presentations
Maintain systematic follow-up records and update CRM regularly
Manage student onboarding and coordinate with operations & academic teams
Resolve student queries professionally and ensure a positive counseling experience
Mentor and support junior academic counselors to enhance team performance
Prepare and present counseling performance and conversion reports
Requirements
Graduation
1 - 3 years of experience in academic counseling or admissions (EdTech / Training institute preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven record in lead conversion & target achievement
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
