Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, nurturing leads, and promoting our training programs. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of the education/training industry, and the ability to guide learners toward the right career path.

Key Responsibilities

Generate, qualify, and convert leads for various courses and training programs. Conduct calls, virtual meetings, and counselling sessions with prospective students and parents. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses and learning paths. Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure timely conversions. Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets. Manage CRM entries, track lead status, and update records accurately. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and improve lead quality. Provide feedback on student queries, market trends, and competitor offerings. Represent the company in webinars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and promotional events.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 2+ years of experience in sales, academic counselling, or admission roles (EdTech experience preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
