Job Summary:

IPCS Global is looking for an experienced Senior Academic Counselor to lead our student counseling team and drive admissions for our professional courses. The ideal candidate will mentor junior counselors and enhance the student enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of academic counselors - Conduct high-level counseling sessions for students and parents - Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and enrollment - Handle complex student queries and premium client interactions - Monitor team performance and provide regular training - Analyze market trends and competitor activities - Coordinate with marketing and academic departments - Ensure achievement of admission targets for the center
Requirements:

- Any Graduate - 1-3 years experience in academic counseling/education sector - Proven track record in team management - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office - In-depth knowledge of educational courses and career options
