Job Summary:

The Senior Academic Counselor is responsible for leading the student counseling process, guiding prospective students toward suitable academic programs, and ensuring admission targets are met. The role requires strong communication, mentoring, and sales skills to manage the counseling team and support the center's overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide students and parents in choosing appropriate courses based on career goals and academic background. Supervise and support the counseling team to ensure consistent performance and achievement of enrollment targets. Handle escalated student queries and provide in-depth counseling to convert leads into admissions. Maintain and analyze lead databases, track conversions, and prepare performance reports. Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth execution of campaigns and events. Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional activities, seminars, and workshops. Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and provide post-admission support as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or Counseling preferred). 1-3 years of experience in academic counseling or admissions, with at least 1 year in a senior or team lead role. Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve and exceed targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Salary Range:

?15000 - ?30,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
