Key Responsibilities:
Guide students in selecting suitable courses and career paths based on their interests, strengths, and aspirations.
Provide information about admission processes, eligibility, curriculum, and career opportunities.
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to help students set realistic academic and career goals.
Support students in developing effective study habits, time management, and learning strategies.
Interact regularly with parents/guardians to update them on student progress and address concerns.
Organize orientation sessions, workshops, and seminars to promote awareness about educational and career options.
Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, student performance, and follow-ups.
Stay updated with the latest trends in education, training programs, and industry requirements.
Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams to achieve student enrolment goals.
