Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Academic Counselor to guide students in choosing the right programs and ensure smooth admissions. The role involves mentoring junior counselors, handling walk-ins, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on courses, career options, and training programs. Manage inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups to achieve admission goals. Mentor and support junior counselors to ensure effective counseling. Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams for lead generation. Maintain student records and ensure a seamless admission process.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in counseling or EdTech preferred. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Target-driven with good organizational skills.

Salary:

?20,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
