Senior Academic Counselor

to lead student counseling initiatives and support the admissions process. This role involves guiding students toward the right academic and career choices, mentoring junior counselors, and achieving admission and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents about academic programs, admission procedures, eligibility, and career prospects. Manage and lead a team of academic counselors by providing guidance and support. Handle escalated queries from students and ensure a high-quality counseling experience. Conduct career guidance sessions, workshops, and presentations. Oversee the admissions process, from inquiries to enrollment. Develop strategies to improve student conversion rates and achieve admission targets. Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for promotional activities and events. Maintain accurate counseling reports, admission records, and conversion data. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance counseling effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Management, or a related field. Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in student counseling/admissions. Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-handling skills. Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/admission management systems preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
