Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic

Academic Counselor

to join our team in Calicut. The role involves guiding students in choosing suitable courses and universities abroad, assisting them throughout the admission process, and providing end-to-end counseling support.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities, courses, and universities. Guide students through the application, admission, and visa process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission requirements and university guidelines. Build strong relationships with students and parents by addressing queries promptly. Conduct follow-ups to ensure smooth student onboarding and timely documentation. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets. Represent the organization at educational fairs, seminars, and events when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). Prior experience in student counseling/overseas education industry will be an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
