Greetings from Bangalore's leading Aviation Training Academy!

We are looking to immediately hire a very well experienced Senior Academic Counselor with a deep passion for connecting with students and their parents.

You need to be able to converse in English and Kannada very well. There needs to be a keen interest in guiding and supporting students in their academic interests and career paths related to the aviation, hospitality and travel industries.

You will be providing our prospective students with information about the courses offered, help students choose suitable programs based on their interests, and also generate leads and referrals for the institution.

It is very important that you have worked in the secondary education industry and not including Schools and Colleges.

We have a preference for Senior Academic Counselors Or an Admissions Head who has aviation academy background or is truly a master of sales in the secondary education industry.

Roles and responsibilities are as follows:-

1. Handling the presentations and fielding the questions from prospective students and their parents.

2. Taking counselling sessions about the course for students and parents one and one, and convincing them to enroll.

3. Taking care of throughout responsibility of training and placements of the students.

4. Handling the complete collections of a particular center.

5. Making daily reports

6. Taking care of certification of the students.

7. Batch Formation, attendance of the students, fees collection and other operations.

Exposure/Experience Required - 1. Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi (not as much).

2. Excellent interpersonal skills.

3. Candidates having experience in reputed retail Educational Institutes as Academic Counselor or Admissions Head, Senior Education Counsellor can apply for this role.

4. We prefer women candidates as parents and students are more comfortable with them.

5. We need the candidates to work from 9.30 am to 6.30 am or 12.00 pm to 8.00 pm

6. If you are willing to work on weekends it is an added bonus.
