Guide prospective students through the course selection process based on their educational background, career goals, and interests.
Address inquiries about CAT and IPMAT programs, fee structures, eligibility, and benefits of the courses.
Lead Management:
Handle incoming leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or inquiries.
Follow up on potential leads via calls, emails, or WhatsApp to convert them into enrolled students.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for UG and PG course enrollments.
Monitor progress and develop strategies to close high-potential leads.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the CAT and IPMAT courses offered, including curriculum, faculty expertise, career prospects, and accreditation.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families.
Provide a positive customer experience to ensure referrals and word-of-mouth promotion.
Secondary Roles:
To ensure the fee collection from students as per the due dates
To coordinate with faculties in forming new batches and initiate promotion activities
To ensure proper documentation of all records on regular basis
To report management on regular basis and taking responsibilities for branch performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
