Academic Counselor

Location:

Kudlugate, Bangalore

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year in EdTech industry

Languages:

Proficiency in any South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam) or Marathi is mandatory

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Academic Counselor

with a background in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through course selection, handling inquiries, and driving conversions through effective counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students on available courses and programs Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow-ups Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication Maintain CRM data and achieve weekly/monthly targets Provide post-enrollment support when required

Requirements:

Mandatory:

Prior experience in academic counseling or sales in EdTech Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in

any South Indian language or Marathi

is a must Graduation in any stream

Salary:

As per industry standards (based on experience)

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
