Responsibilities:

To understand career requirements of the students and counsel them and parents (if required) to offer subject matter expertise for specific courses of the university.
Conduct detailed profile assessment of the students, recruit unconditionally, and guide them to the suitable course.
Cold Call on database to generate leads
Counsel students and generate leads related to the courses offered by the university
Respond to inquiries from students and parents related to programs offered by university
Assist students in admission application
Telephonic follow-ups, and closure of prospects.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and enrollment status.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall admission experience for students.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in admission counseling, preferably in an inside sales role.
Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with educational systems, courses, and admission procedures.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
