Role Overview

As a Team Lead & Senior Academic Counselor - Online Course Admission, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students and parents through the education journey. You will also lead and mentor a team of counselors, ensuring high performance and successful admissions outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a team of 2-3 Academic Counselors by recruiting and onboarding effective team members.

Train and coach, the team on products, policies, and processes.

Lead by example by making effective outbound calls to prospective students.

Providing personalized counseling and convert leads to successful admissions.

Oversee the end-to-end admission and documentation process.

Drive the team to achieve admission targets.

Stay updated and ensure the team is well-informed about university programs, admission criteria, and extracurricular offerings.

Conduct and support business development initiatives to expand outreach.

Skills & Qualifications

Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of any South Indian language is a plus.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a target-driven environment.

Tech-savvy: Comfortable using MS Office tools.

People Skills: Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.

Experience in Online Course admission is mandatory.

Eligibility Criteria

Must be available for a full-time, on-site role in Gurgaon. Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment. Immediate joiners preferred (within 1 month). Minimum 4 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role. Working Days: 6 days a week Office Hours: 9:30 AM-10 AM to 6:00 PM-6.30 PM
