Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Cold Calling:

Make outbound calls to potential students to promote certification and professional courses. Identify prospects through various sources (databases, social media, references, etc.). Maintain a high call volume daily to achieve set targets.

Student Counseling:

Understand students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning needs. Suggest suitable certification programs aligned with their interests and career aspirations. Provide accurate and detailed information about courses, fees, and career outcomes.

Sales & Conversion:

Persuade and convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups. Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets. Handle objections and queries confidently to close the sales process.

Database Management:

Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and follow-up information. Track and report daily calls, conversions, and follow-up status to the management.

Follow-ups & Relationship Management:

Regularly follow up with leads to ensure conversions. Build long-term relationships with students to encourage referrals and repeat enrollments.
