We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our academic team in Hosur. The ideal candidate will have experience in student engagement, course promotion, and admissions support. You will play a key role in guiding prospective students through our academic offerings and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain available academic programs
Handle inbound queries related to courses, fee structures, and admissions
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student interactions
Coordinate with the Head Office to confirm fee structures and course details
Ensure GST is included and communicated clearly in all fee discussions
Follow up with leads to maximize student enrollment
Stay informed about new courses, updates, and institutional policies
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in the education sector
Strong communication skills in English and Tamil
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications
Ability to manage high call volumes and meet conversion targets
Professional, courteous, and student-focused approach
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience in academic counseling or EdTech
Understanding of GST and fee structuring in educational services
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
