Handle inbound inquiries and resolve queries related to academy programs.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up on potential enrollments.
Explain course details, fees, and benefits to interested candidates.
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, preferably in an educational institution.
Ability to handle queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and data entry.
Patience and adaptability in dealing with different types of callers.
