Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Academic Counselor. The Senior Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding students in their academic journey, providing personalized counseling, and aiding them in career planning. The role involves conducting one-on-one discussions, advising students on educational pathways, and offering support with course and curriculum selection. Additionally, you will collaborate with families, faculty, and other stakeholders to create a nurturing academic environment.

Qualifications

Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling Strong Academic Advising and Education background Excellent Communication skills with the ability to engage diverse students effectively Proactive problem-solving skills with empathy and a student-focused approach Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field Prior experience in educational counseling or related roles is an advantage

Pay: ₹12,529.58 - ₹40,604.85 per month
