Monitor center P&L, expenses, and profitability
Ensure timely fee collections and minimize outstanding dues
Admissions & Sales
Lead and manage the
counseling and admissions team
Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups, and conversions
Conduct admission reviews, daily huddles, and performance tracking
Personally handle high-value or escalated admission cases
Marketing & Promotions
Plan and execute local marketing activities such as:
Workshops, seminars, demo classes
Events, college activations, and society activities
Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for lead generation
Ensure proper branding and visibility as per Lakme Academy guidelines
Academic & Faculty Management
Ensure high-quality academic delivery as per Lakme Academy standards
Manage trainers' performance, schedules, and productivity
Ensure timely batch starts, practical sessions, and assessments
Facilitate student upgrades and cross-selling of advanced courses
Student Experience & Retention
Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and engagement
Address student grievances, feedback, and escalations promptly
Improve retention, referrals, and repeat enrollments
Ensure timely issuance of certificates for eligible students
