Job Summary



We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Academic Counsellor to join our dynamic team in Rishikesh. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary guide for prospective students, helping them identify and enrol in postgraduate programs that align perfectly with their career aspirations. The ideal candidate is a passionate educator with a proven track record in academic counselling and a deep commitment to shaping the futures of students.

Key Responsibilities



Provide expert, one-on-one counselling to prospective students regarding higher education options, course selections, and career pathways. Guide students through the entire application and enrolment lifecycle, from initial enquiry to final admission, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Serve as a subject matter expert on the programs, admission criteria, and scholarships offered by our partner institutions. Represent BoostMyTalent at educational fairs, seminars, and outreach events to build our brand and engage with potential students. Meticulously manage the student pipeline using our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data management.

Qualifications & Skills



A Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in academic counselling, education sales, or a similar student-facing admissions role. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to connect empathetically with students and parents. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. A target-oriented mindset with a passion for helping students succeed.
