We are looking for an experienced

Senior Academic Counselor

with strong knowledge in

credit transfer processes

. The candidate will guide students on academic pathways, credit evaluations, and admissions, ensuring a smooth counseling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on course options and

credit transfer eligibility

Evaluate academic transcripts and map transferable credits Coordinate with universities/partner institutions for credit approvals Support students through admissions and enrollment processes Maintain accurate student records and documentation Follow up with leads and ensure conversion targets are met Provide professional guidance to students and parents
Requirements:

Minimum 2

-3 years of experience

as an Academic Counselor

Mandatory experience in Credit Transfer

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of higher education systems and academic policies Ability to work independently and meet targets Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)
