We are looking for a dedicated and confident

Female Academic Counselor

who can guide students, handle admissions, and provide complete academic support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, convincing ability, and a student-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and institute offerings. Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and follow-up calls effectively. Assist students in selecting the right course based on their interests and goals. Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets. Explain course structure, fees, duration, and placement details clearly. Coordinate with trainers, management, and admin teams for smooth operations. Organize student orientations, tests, and academic activities. Build a positive rapport with students and ensure high satisfaction levels. Maintain daily reports, attendance, and CRM updates.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities. Prior experience in counseling, admissions, or customer-facing roles (preferred). Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and documentation. Graduation/Post-Graduation in any field. Pleasant personality, empathy, and student-friendly approach.
