Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Senior Academic Counselor

who can guide students and professionals in choosing the right career path through our specialized training programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in academic counseling or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and working professionals on various training programs offered in IT, Accounts, Management, and Fashion. Understand individual career goals and recommend suitable courses. Follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins. Convert leads into enrollments by providing accurate and compelling information. Coordinate with faculty and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students. Maintain student records and prepare regular reports on counseling outcomes. Achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to the growth of the institute.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an academic counselor or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.

Immediate Joiner

Ability to handle multiple inquiries and manage time effectively. Knowledge of the education and training industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in education, management, or related fields).
