Ducat India is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented
Academic Counsellor
for its Techzone 4, Greater Noida branch. The candidate will be responsible for student counselling, course guidance, and driving enrollments for IT and software training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
face-to-face counselling
with walk-in students and prospects.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitablecourses
Explain course details, training methodology, duration and career prospects
Handle inquiries, follow-ups and conversion of leads into admissions
Maintain accurate student and enquiry records
Coordinate with trainers and operations team for smooth admissions process
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience in
academic counselling or education sales
preferred
Knowledge and experience in
IT/Software courses
(Java, Python, Data Science, Digital Marketing, etc.) is a
plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in handling
face-to-face counselling
(mandatory)
Target-driven with a positive attitude
