Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about

courses, career paths, and admission processes

Handle

walk-ins, inquiries, calls, and follow-ups

Convert leads into admissions through

effective communication and relationship building

Maintain student records and manage the admissions pipeline Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth academic operations Organize

seminars, workshops, and orientation sessions

Support marketing and outreach activities when required

Required Skills & Qualities:

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Confident, energetic, and positive attitude

Professional grooming & good presentation skills

Pleasant personality & approachable behavior

Strong convincing ability and customer-handling skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet admission targets

Preferred Experience:

1-3 years in

counseling, sales, front desk, customer service

, or

education sector

Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply

Qualification:

Graduate in any stream (Preferred:

Management, Arts, Commerce, Education, or Communication

) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling added advantage)
