Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about courses, career paths, and academic options.
Make outbound calls to inquiries and convert them into admissions.
Understand student requirements and recommend the right program.
Conduct counseling sessions via phone, video call, or in person.
Follow up with leads regularly to ensure admissions closure.
Maintain updated records of inquiries, leads, and enrollments.
Coordinate with the admissions team for documentation and enrollment processes.
Provide post-admission support and help students with academic-related queries.
Meet weekly/monthly admission targets.
