We are seeking an experienced Senior Academic Counsellor to join our dynamic team at Image Creative Education, Kochi.
Key Responsibilities
- ensure the team meets counselling and enrolment targets.
- Student Counselling: Conduct one?on?one and small?group counselling sessions with prospective students and parents to understand their aspirations, apprehensions, and academic needs. Translate those insights into a personalized course fit and enrollment roadmap.
- Sales & Conversion: Pitch and negotiate program value, close admissions, achieve assigned revenue targets, and track conversion metrics.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong, long?term relationships with students, parents, and faculty.
- Process & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow?ups, and admissions documentation. Ensure adherence to institute policies and regulatory norms.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as an Admission/Academic Counsellor in a reputed educational institution.
- Graduate or Post?graduate in any discipline.
- Strong pitching, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self?driven, target?oriented, proactive with a "go?better" attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and counselling skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
