Academic Counsellors

to join our team in Calicut.

Role Overview:

This role is perfect for individuals who love guiding students, are confident communicators, and thrive in a performance-driven environment. As an Academic Counsellor, you'll play a key role in converting leads into successful enrollments through effective counselling and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and email Counsel students about our accounting courses and career opportunities Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses Drive admissions and meet monthly enrollment targets Maintain detailed records using CRM tools Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for effective lead nurturing

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counselling or sales (EdTech preferred) Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Goal-driven with a proven ability to meet sales targets Proficient in basic computer tools and CRM software Energetic, self-motivated, and student-focused
